ARE GIGS CONFIRMED AND
CONTRACTS SIGNED?
Yes, your placement for the show is confirmed and agreements will be created and have been signed to ensure that all terms and conditions are agreed upon and to prevent any unexpected issues.
ARE DEPOSITS NECESSARY?
Yes, we get a lot of inquiries, so a 50% deposit is necessary in order to reserve your placement to prevent double or overbooking. The deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the performance.
HOW ARE CANCELLATIONS DEALT WITH?
Show cancellations are rare, but have happened in the past due to unforeseen circumstances. If a show is cancelled for any reason you are guaranteed a full refund.
WILL THE VENUES TAKE ANY CUT FROM MERCH SALES?
Venues do take a percentage of merch sales, and the percentage number varies by contract.
